Chia Apple Porridge With Macadamia

It has a perfectly balanced combo of healthy fats from macadamia nuts, complete protein and fiber from Organic Burst Chia and cinnamon to keep your energy levels steady and blood sugar balanced. 


  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon Organic Burst Chia
  • 2 tablespoon buckwheat or quinoa flakes
  • 1 small apple, grated
  • 1 tablespoon rice malt syrup
  • 1 tablespoon chopped macadamia nuts
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


  1. Place all ingredients except macadamia nuts and 1 teaspoon grated apple into a small saucepan and heat until porridge begins to thicken.
  2. Pour into a bowl and top with remaining grated apple and chopped macadamia nuts.
