Chia Ice Lollies

A heavenly treat that will help keep you full and energized! The good fats from the chia and coconut milk fill you up and curb cravings fast. Free from dairy and refined sugars too! 

Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any other milk)
  • 1 cup full-fat coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons Organic Burst Chia Seeds
  • 2 cups mixed diced berries of your choice (we used strawberries, raspberries and blueberries)
  • 2 tablespoons rice malt syrup

Method:

  1. Chop fruit, then combine all ingredients, mixing well 
  2. Leave to set in the fridge for 3 hours
  3. Pour into popsicle moulds and freeze overnight
