Boost your meal with a detoxifying chlorella that’s great for digestion, clear and smooth skin and a strong immune system!
INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup dried hijiki seaweed
- 4 cups water for soaking
- 1 teaspoon Organic Burst chlorella
- ½ - 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- ⅓ cup shelled edamame, cooked
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 4 tablespoons mirin
- 2 tablespoon rice malt syrup
- 4 tablespoons amino acids
Method:
- Soak dried hijiki seaweed in 4 cups of water for 30 minutes.
- Strain and rinse the seaweed. Set aside.
- Heat sesame oil in a medium pot over medium heat. Add carrot and stir.
- Add the rinsed seaweed and vegetable broth. Bring to a boil.
- Stir in all the seasonings.
- Cover and cook over medium-low heat.
- After 30 minutes, add in the edamame.
- Cook to reduce the sauce.
- Remove from heat and stir in Organic Burst chlorella powder.
- Enjoy warm or chilled with a bowl of rice.
