Wheatgrass Lime Cilantro Dressing

Liven up your salads with this creamy and tangy dressing that will leave you feeling light and bright! 

A great alternative to store-bought options - totally free from additives and preservatives but packed with flavour! 

You will need: 

  • 1 cup loosely packed cilantro, stems removed and roughly chopped
  • 1/2 avocado (or 1/2 cup plain dairy-free yogurt)
  • 1 teaspoon Organic Burst Wheatgrass
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice (about 1/2 lime), more to taste
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon cumin

Directions:

  1. Puree all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth.
  2. Taste and adjust seasonings if necessary.
