3-Ingredient Festive Goji Pomegranate Chocolate Bites

  • 1/4 cup Organic Burst Goji berries
  • 1 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chunks, melted


  1. Line mini muffin pans with liners. Set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix pomegranate seed with Organic Burst Goji berries. Set aside.
  3. Add about 2 teaspoons of melted chocolate in each liner.
  4. Scoop one teaspoon of Goji-pomegranate mixture and drizzle more melted chocolate.
  5. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until chocolate is firm.
