Matcha Green Juice

It’s time to give our super special Matcha a go!


  • 1 handful spinach
  • ½ cup chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/2 apple, cored and chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Organic Burst Matcha
  • 1/4-1/2 cup water


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Strain mixture over a bowl.
  3. Using a spatula or spoon, press the pulp down, squeezing all the juice out. Let it drip for 5 more minutes.
  4. Discard the pulp and serve your juice.
  5. Drink immediately or chill for a couple of minutes.
