Acai Baked Pears

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 teaspoon OrganicBurst Acai powder
  • 2 pears, washed, cut in half and cored
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon rice malt syrup

Toppings:

  • Coconut yogurt
  • Walnuts

METHOD:

  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF (180ºC).
  2. Place cored pears on a baking sheet.
  3. Sprinkle evenly with cinnamon and drizzle rice malt syrup.
  4. Place in oven for 30 - 35 minutes to bake, or until pear is fork tender.
  5. Remove and allow to cool slightly. Sprinkle with @OrganicBurst Acai powder and top with your coconut yogurt, walnuts and drizzle with rice malt syrup. Enjoy!
