Ingredients:
- 3 cups cashews
- 1 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 tablespoon Organic Burst Acai Powder
- 1 cup rice malt syrup or any liquid sweetener
Method:
- Soak the cashew for 3-6 hours (or overnight). Drain.
- Blend all the ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
- Transfer the mixture to a container and freeze.
