Ingredients
- 1 banana, frozen
- 1 cup frozen cherries
- 1 teaspoon Organic Burst Acai powder
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened coconut flakes
- ½ cup almond milk (or dairy free milk of choice)
Topping ideas:
- Fresh cherries
- Chopped nuts

METHOD
- Blend the banana, coconut oil, coconut flakes and almond milk until completely smooth.
- Divide mixture into two bowls. Blend half of the mixture with frozen cherries and Organic Burst Acai powder. Transfer to a bowl.
- Spoon the banana mixture into the cherry mixture and swirl. Top with desired toppings.
