Chia Tomato Ketchup

So delicious & easy to make…And it’s actually good for you!

It has brilliant immune supporting ingredients such as garlic, onion and apple cider vinegar. Enjoy with your favourite gluten-free crisps or sweet potato wedges!


14 oz crushed tomatoes, drained
6 oz. organic tomato paste
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons Organic Burst Chia seeds
2 tablespoons rice malt syrup
½ teaspoon chipotle pepper
1/2 teaspoon all spice
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
1/4 teaspoon Himalayan/sea salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder


Simply blend everything together. Store in a fridge in an air-tight glass container.
