INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tablespoon Organic Burst Chlorella powder
  • 3 cups cooked quinoa and rice blend
  • 1 cup baby arugula leaves
  • 1 cup parsley, minced
  • 1 cup thinly sliced radishes
  • 1/2 cup tarragon leaves, minced
  • 1/2 cup mint leaves, chopped into thin strips.
  • 1/2 cup pecans
  • 1/4 cup sherry vinegar
  • 1/4 cup shallots, minced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries

METHOD

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and toss well.
  2. Enjoy immediately or store in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
