INGREDIENTS
- 1 tablespoon Organic Burst Chlorella powder
- 3 cups cooked quinoa and rice blend
- 1 cup baby arugula leaves
- 1 cup parsley, minced
- 1 cup thinly sliced radishes
- 1/2 cup tarragon leaves, minced
- 1/2 cup mint leaves, chopped into thin strips.
- 1/2 cup pecans
- 1/4 cup sherry vinegar
- 1/4 cup shallots, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
