INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 cup Organic Burst Goji berries
- 1 cup melted cacao butter
- 1/4 cup cashew butter
- 3 tablespoons rice malt syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon Himalayan/sea salt
- 1/3 cup unsalted pistachios, shelled and chopped
METHOD
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
- Transfer the melted cacao butter, cashew butter, rice malt syrup, vanilla extract and salt into a blender. Blend for about 30 seconds.
- Spread mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle Organic Burst Goji berries and chopped pistachios.
- Place your chocolate in freezer, and set for 1 hour.
- Remove from freezer and chop chocolate into bark-size pieces.
