INGREDIENTS
Red Layer
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup yogurt, vanilla or plain
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
Orange Layer
- 1 cup frozen mangoes
- 1 small persimmon, cut into quarters
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- ½ teaspoon Organic Burst Turmeric powder
Turquoise Layer
- 1 frozen banana
- ½ teaspoon Organic Burst Spirulina powder
- 1/2 cup almond milk (or any liquid of choice)
- A handful mint leaves
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
METHOD
- Make the red layer. Blend all ingredients in a blender. Set aside.
- Make the orange layer. Blend all ingredients. Set aside.
- Make the blue layer. Blend all ingredients until smooth and set aside.
- Layer your smoothie. Pour the red into a glass or bottle, topped with orange and then turquoise. Enjoy the beautiful layers as you sip through the flavours
