  • 1 cup cashews, soaked overnight
  • 3 - 4 cups water (mineral or filtered)
  • 1/4 - 1/3 cup rice malt syrup
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg


  1. Drain the soaked cashews.
  2. Start with 3 cups of water, transfer all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth. If the consistency is too thick, add more water.
  3. Enjoy with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
