Matcha Chai Latte

  • 1/2 cup full-fat coconut or almond milk⠀⠀
  • 1/2 cup spring or filtered water⠀⠀
  • 1/2 - 1 teaspoon Organic Burst Matcha⠀⠀
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder⠀⠀
  • A pinch ground cloves⠀⠀
  • A pinch nutmeg⠀⠀
  • A pinch cardamom powder⠀⠀
  • 2 - 3 teaspoons rice malt syrup (or more if your like your tea on the sweeter side)⠀⠀
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract⠀⠀
  • Aerolatte or other electric whisk (you can pick it up on our website!)⠀⠀


  1. Mix the Matcha powder in about 2 tablespoons hot water.⠀⠀
  2. Pour the rest of the water over the matcha mixture whilst using an Aerolatte or a whisk to mix.⠀⠀
  3. In a saucepan, heat up the milk and add the spices, rice malt syrup and vanilla. Stir. Heat till the mixture just begins to boil, then immediately remove from the heat, and froth using the Aerolatte.
  4. Pour the milk mixture into the matcha mixture. Sprinkle cinnamon on top.⠀⠀
