  • ½ avocado
  • ½ green apple
  • A handful fresh baby spinach, blanched
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 tablespoon Organic Burst Chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 celery stalk (optional)
