Matcha Guacamole

The perfect quick, easy & totally delicious (weight-loss friendly) snack.

So easy to make - perfect for sharing with family & friends! 


  • ½ a small red onion, minced
  • 3 ripe avocados
  • 1 teaspoon Organic Burst Matcha powder
  • 1 bunch of fresh cilantro (coriander), chopped
  • 6 ripe cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste


  1. De-stone the avocados and scoop the flesh out. Mash with lime juice.
  2. Add the tomatoes, red onion, Organic Burst Matcha powder, olive oil, salt, pepper and more lime juice if needed.
  3. Mix in the cilantro (coriander) & serve!
