So easy to make - perfect for sharing with family & friends!
- ½ a small red onion, minced
- 3 ripe avocados
- 1 teaspoon Organic Burst Matcha powder
- 1 bunch of fresh cilantro (coriander), chopped
- 6 ripe cherry tomatoes, quartered
- Juice of 2 limes
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- De-stone the avocados and scoop the flesh out. Mash with lime juice.
- Add the tomatoes, red onion, Organic Burst Matcha powder, olive oil, salt, pepper and more lime juice if needed.
- Mix in the cilantro (coriander) & serve!
