- Totally raw and easy to make!
- 2 cups chopped mixed berries
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice, to taste
- 2 tablespoons rice malt syrup
- ¼ cup Organic Burst Chia seeds
- Combine all the ingredients in a food processor. Blend for a minute until smooth, or leave some chunks if you prefer a chunkier jam.
- Transfer to a jar and keep refrigerated, should keep for several days (if you don’t eat it all at once).
