Mixed Berry Chia Jam

A delicious, luxuriously thick and healthy jam which is totally free from refined sugars and bursting with slow releasing energy!

  • Avoid post treat bloating - enjoy on gluten free bread or yogurt!

  • 2 cups chopped mixed berries
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons rice malt syrup
  • ¼ cup Organic Burst Chia seeds


  1. Combine all the ingredients in a food processor. Blend for a minute until smooth, or leave some chunks if you prefer a chunkier jam.
  2. Transfer to a jar and keep refrigerated, should keep for several days (if you don’t eat it all at once).
