Pumpkin Pie Chia Pudding

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 cup Organic Burst Chia seeds
  • 1 cup nut milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin purée
  • 1/4 cup rice malt syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon allspice
  • Pinch of Himalayan/sea salt

METHOD

  1. Place all ingredients (except Chia seeds) into a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Transfer pumpkin mixture and Organic Burst Chia seeds into a bowl. Whisk until combined.
  3. Refrigerate the mixture overnight.
  4. Top with coconut whipped cream or yogurt. Enjoy!
