INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 cup Organic Burst Chia seeds
- 1 cup nut milk of choice
- 1/2 cup pumpkin purée
- 1/4 cup rice malt syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon allspice
- Pinch of Himalayan/sea salt
METHOD
- Place all ingredients (except Chia seeds) into a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Transfer pumpkin mixture and Organic Burst Chia seeds into a bowl. Whisk until combined.
- Refrigerate the mixture overnight.
- Top with coconut whipped cream or yogurt. Enjoy!
