INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/3 cup quinoa flakes
- 1 cup rice malt syrup
- ½ cup cacao butter [or coconut oil]
- 3 tablespoons Organic Burst Chia seeds
- 2 teaspoons Organic Burst Spirulina powder
- 2 tablespoons goji berries
- 2 tablespons pumpkin seeds
- A pinch of salt
METHOD
- Set aside the goji berries and cacao butter. Add all other ingredients into a food processor or blender and blend until a smooth hard dough is formed, move into a large mixing bowl.
- Melt the cacao butter (or coconut oil) and add to the mixing bowl along with the goji berries and pumpkin seeds and stir well .
- Press the mixture evenly into a lined baking dish and pop in the fridge for 20 minutes to set.
- Cut into bars and serve .
