Spirulina Turmeric Chai Chia Pudding

INGREDIENTS

  • 5 tablespoons Organic Burst Chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Organic Burst Spirulina powder
  • 1 tablespoon shredded coconut
  • 1 ½ cup almond Milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • A few drops of stevia. (optional)

Directions:

  1. Whisk the dry ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Add almond milk, @OrganicBurst Spirulina powder vanilla extract and stevia extract into a blender. Blend.
  3. Pour Spirulina mixture into the bowl of dry ingredients. Whisk well so no clumps are formed.
  4. Cover and leave in fridge overnight to set.
  5. Serve as is or top with coconut flakes and chopped fruits.
