Wheatgrass Coconut Bliss Balls

  • 2 tablespoons Organic Burst Wheatgrass
  • 1 cup of coconut butter 
  • ½ cup coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons rice malt syrup (or other sweetener)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon Himalayan/sea salt
  • ½ cup desiccated coconut (for coating)


  1. Add all ingredients into a mixing bowl and stir until well combined. If the mixture is too soft, refrigerate before rolling them into balls.
  2. Spoon out one tablespoon of mixture and roll into balls.
  3. Roll the balls in the bowl to coat.
  4. Store in the fridge until serving.
