INGREDIENTS
- 2 tablespoons Organic Burst Wheatgrass
- 1 cup of coconut butter
- ½ cup coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons rice malt syrup (or other sweetener)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon Himalayan/sea salt
- ½ cup desiccated coconut (for coating)
METHOD
- Add all ingredients into a mixing bowl and stir until well combined. If the mixture is too soft, refrigerate before rolling them into balls.
