Wheatgrass Mint Choco Chip Smoothie

Enjoy this delicious and refreshing dairy free combo as a filling brekkie or energising snack to help prevent you reaching for sugary treats!

Super quick and easy - ideal for making the night before for a quick brekkie the next day!

Ingredients:

  • 1½ cups non-dairy milk
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 teaspoon Organic Burst Wheatgrass powder
  • ½ avocado
  • 2 handfuls mint
  • 1 tablespoon cacao nibs
  • Coconut whipped cream (for serving)

Method:

  1. Blend everything (except cacao nibs) in a blender.
  2. Add cacao nibs, and pulse a few times. Transfer smoothie into a glass.
  3. Serve with coconut whipped cream, and sprinkle more cacao nibs.
