Super quick and easy - ideal for making the night before for a quick brekkie the next day!
- 1½ cups non-dairy milk
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 teaspoon Organic Burst Wheatgrass powder
- ½ avocado
- 2 handfuls mint
- 1 tablespoon cacao nibs
- Coconut whipped cream (for serving)
- Blend everything (except cacao nibs) in a blender.
- Add cacao nibs, and pulse a few times. Transfer smoothie into a glass.
- Serve with coconut whipped cream, and sprinkle more cacao nibs.
